Our space is designed for your utmost comfort and relaxation. The spacious king-size bed promises a restful night's sleep, and if you have additional guests, there's a pull-out sofa bed with a comfortable foam mattress topper, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.

For your culinary delights, the space boasts a full kitchen equipped with all the necessary supplies to cook meals. Whether you're a gourmet chef or just looking to prepare a quick snack, you'll find modern appliances, cookware, and utensils at your disposal.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a TV equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite shows and an HDMI cable to hook up your personal computer, making it easy to catch up on work or enjoy a movie night.

As a unique feature, we offer an infrared sauna for our guests. After a day of exploring, unwind and relax in our sauna to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. It's the perfect way to enhance your stay and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Freshen up in the full bathroom featuring a shower (please note that there's no bathtub). We provide plush towels and a few complimentary toiletries to enhance your stay.

You'll also enjoy the convenience of a private driveway that can hold two cars, making parking hassle-free. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and while it is completely private, we do live in the home above. A complimentary coffee bar is available to kickstart your mornings, and we offer convenience drinks and snacks for a small fee to keep your cravings at bay.

We guarantee a clean and sanitized space for you to ensure a safe and comfortable space for all of our guests. As a basement apartment, it's important to note that occasionally, bugs may find their way in. However, please rest assured that we go to great lengths to keep them out and provide a bug-free environment.

Please note that NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on the property, even outside on the driveway, to ensure a comfortable and smoke-free environment for all guests.

During your stay at our cozy basement apartment, you will have exclusive access to the following amenities and areas:
